  • Declined transaction

    A patron was declined on May 22. The transaction amount was $480 and the last name is van Bi***. Can you help me understand why this happened?

    Our account number is 28197.

    Good day!

    The person has transacted 3 times and the bank has declined it every time. You may see the decline message and it is posted as: "Do not honor" which simply means it is not authorizing.

    The best action is for the card holder to contact her bank.
