    I submitted a support request last week regarding pricing, and have been completely ignored. Isn't the response time supposed to be 72 hours? If email support is the wrong way to submit this, please reply with the correct contact information.

    I asked our support department about the status of this case and was told that your inquiry was sent to the gateway and they are waiting to hear back. I was told they have contacted you and the issue has already been addressed.

      It would have been good to know right away that the gateway was handling it.

      I called the gateway and was told they have no record of the request from Click & Pledge. While waiting on hold for a "specialist" the call dropped. I haven't tried calling back yet.

      Thanks for checking with your support team. I don't know how long they were going to wait to check with me.
