Error Code 2910 - why?

I am getting this error code when I try to process a transaction through the Virtual Terminal in SF. How can I correct this? Thanks.

Never mind - I found the problem - and thanks - The payment type that I was using wasn't activated on our account.

I was in the online session today to ask about manually posting to our campaign. I need to add checks and have sponsors show in the live stream I was told to go to virtual terminal and add the payment type. I did add but everytime I try to process it gives a 2910 error code? Account 19480 Easter Seals North Georgia - Lego Batman Movie Campaign. I have tried to record a $1k sponsorship about 5x with no luck. Help.

Which Virtual Terminal were you using? Connect or the Salesforce VT? You have posted this to the Salesforce channel but in the Live Support hour you discussed the Connect VT.

Your account had Custom Payment type disabled and we enabled it for you so it should work now.
