Trouble with donation page

A donor was trying to make a donation and I'm having two problems as the payment is not getting posted to CnP or Salesforce and the donor is getting errors.

The donor states...
"I have tried several times to make a donation. Yesterday, it kept telling me I had to select a state, even though New York was clearly selected. Today it says

Sorry but we don't accept the selected card. please use one of the selected cards.

I have tried it with 2 different visa cards."

May i have the first name and last name initial (do not provide full name) of the donor as well as the date when the transaction was being done so we can review your account.

Once we have the information we will be able to determine what is going on.

As I see in your account you have received donations today so it is not an account issue.
