  • Can't Export from C&P

I'm trying to recover transactions that occurred when my SalesForce password expired. I'm following the instructions listed here:http://forums.clickandpledge.com/content.php?r=396

I get the "Please Select Accounts" message. But, there are no accounts listed for me to select. So, I can't run the report. How can I generate the report so I can import the C&P transactions into SalesForce?

    Good day!

The link you sent is for back export of transactions from C&P to Salesforce.

For failure in connection please see: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/con...-to-Salesforce

If you want we can push the transactions for you. Are you referring to account #: 24365

The last time my SalesForce password expired at the end of December, you guys sent me that link to show me how to get the transactions into SalesForce that weren't logged. I did verify the connection and it indicated it was OK. Though, I could leave the password blank and it said it was OK. Can you guys test on your end? And, can you go ahead and push the transactions. Though, it seems like I should know how to do that, because I'm going to run into this problem every three months. If you test the connection and it fails, then I also need to figure out how to test it on my end to see that it isn't connected. You do have the correct account number.

        Good day!

Have you considered setting up a User with a profile whose password does not expire? If you have additional users you may want to set up another user and set its password not to expire so you don't have this problem. Using this approach you can update your password on a regular basis but in a controlled fashion so you don't run into this problem.

We pushed 2 transactions dated: 3/31/2014

In reviewing your account I noticed the following failed transactions also:
        • December 30, 2013
        • November 14, 2013

If you want we can push those also.

Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
