As far as the custom fields go, what is the max length? I have a "Message" field regarding the Donation amount sent, but it says the message exceeds the Max Length. The length of the message is not long at all.

It is best to always start a new thread when a new topic is being discussed.

As for custom questions please check the manual- again in the absence of the XML file we can't possibly figure out what is wrong.
