    Hello,

    I've set up a C&P checkout page with membership and donation options. The two memberships offered are "annual single" and "annual family." If someone selects "annual family," there are four custom questions on the checkout page asking for their family members name. The donation, single, and family memberships have unique SKU's.

    If someone signs up for a single membership, I'd like for the membership fields to automatically update in Salesforce. If someone signs up for a family membership, I'd like a new contact to be created for each person entered in the custom question box, and all of their membership information populated as well. I've tried searching around the forums but couldn't find anything similar to my situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      Good day!

      Not sure how to address the Family membership since it is not something that the system can do with custom questions. If you ask the family member names as custom questions then in Salesforce they will be posted as custom questions. Custom questions may be mapped through the C&P Settings > Custom Questions mapping area but contacts are not created based on the question / answer pair.

      For single membership you can do this by custom question mapping since those questions can be mapped into specific fields of the contact object through C&P Settings > Custom Questions.

        Thanks! Another question, I tried updating C&P on the About screen in SF. Unfortunately, I get this error message:

        Update failed. First exception on row 1 with id 015G0000005QdNQIA0; first error: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY, insufficient access rights on object id: []
        Error is in expression '{!updatebutton}' in page cnp_paas:xmlsettings


        An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)


        Any thoughts?
