  • Can't find recurring donation

    Hi, I have a donor who asked that I cancel his recurring donations. I found the article that explains how to do this. When I run the report in C&P his recurring donations aren't listed. I've searched his order number, name, no name, and nothing reports that he is a recurring donor. But, when I look at his donations under SalesForce, they definitely show up as C&P recurring donations. Can you help me so I can cancel future donations from him please? Here is one of his order numbers to help find him:
    1311135546384340

    Good day @DGoodkin,

    The transaction you should search for is the master transaction not the last transaction. Recurring may be located by the first transaction that has started the series.

    In your case the Master # is: 1304132107229679570

    Please search for this and let me know if you need any additional information.

      This isn't working. I'm following everything it says to do in the following article:

      The field I put the master # is called order number. Plus, I entered the donor's first name, which should easily find the transaction. I responded to your email with a screen shot of what I'm doing.

          Thank you. If I put the beginning date to 1/1/2013 it worked. They've been doing monthly donations since April. So, I'm not sure why there was a problem, but I was able to bring up their record and (hopefully) cancel their donations.
