Is this a recurring transaction? If you send us the Order Number we may be able to change it manually.

Transactions are not set up to be updated or modified once they settle.

Is there a way to modify the "Unit Tax Deductible $" amount after the transaction has been closed? Either in the portal or within Salesforce?
