Linking to related Opportunity from the Autoresponder

I've created an autoresponder that notifies a particular Salesforce user that a specific C&P transaction has been made and that they need to go to the related opportunity to update some information based on the Custom Questions.

I'd like to include a link to the related Opportunity record in this autoresponse, but the C&P Designer only offers Contact, Transaction, and Order Item fields

Is there a way to do this, or can I only link to the Contact?

Currently you only have the Contact information. Perhaps it is something we can add - for example Opportunity ID's created.

Will that work?

Of course this will be part of release 9.x due out in March 2014.
