Following the post installation instructions - step 3a (Add C&P miscellaneous Information Visualforce page to Contact View Page).

As part of that step (3a), I created a new section and dragged the C&P Miscellaneous button to that section in the Contact Page Layout.

However, when I look at the contacts detail page, I now see "Credit Card Payments", and "Relationships" however I do not see either "eCheck payments" or "Opportunity Settlement" as described in the instructions.

Attached is what is should look like per the instructions (should be) and what I actually get (actual).

Is there something else I need to do, or will these fields automatically appear when a payment is processed ?
