    Recently our FaaS, https://www.ashoka.org/donate, started giving donors a receipt with 9 line items (one for each choice in our form, all 0 except for the choice selected) and creating 9 opportunities in SFDC. Only happening through the form, not through virtual terminal. The time period roughly correlates to our installing C&P 7 into our SFDC sandbox environment but it is not linked to the form so I don't know why that would be impacting it. Have you seen this issue before? Something in our FaaS that needs to be changed?

    Good day @DStoker:

    This issue is because of an update we did that allows for handing $0 authorization. This feature was requested by a number of clients and it was added 2 weeks ago. I see that as a consequence the system is passing $0 transaction when the quantity is set to 1.

    Sorry for the inconvenience- give us a little time to see how we can resolve the situation while allowing for the new feature.

      Good day @DStoker:

      We just released an update to the FaaS platform that will consider NULL amounts as not zero and will not post the information to Salesforce or include them in the receipt.

      Please let us know if your issue has been resolved.

        Is there something we need to do to benefit from the update?
        Receipts for donors using our FaaS checkout page are still showing 0 for all non-selected amounts as recently as this morning. Not a problem with Virtual Terminal or Recurring that were set up prior to the issue.

          Good day @Dstoker,

          The only way it can show as $0 is if you are passing $0 as the unit price. If the item value is $0 you can process a transaction. The new feature gives the form more flexibility for those clients that wish to process $0 forms.

          Before we were ignoring anything that was for $0 but now we ignore anything that has NULL as the quantity or Unit Price. If you wish for the forms to not process pass blank as the quantity or unit price -- blank is not 0 since 0 is a number.

          Please test it and let me know if you still have issues.
