Manually processing recurring transactions

Hello,

I am successfully using the Click and Pledge Virtual Terminal plug-in to Salesforce to process one-time manual credit card transactions. However, we'd like to use this to set up monthly recurring donations. Is there a way to do this using the Virtual Terminal plug-in, or another plug in from Click and Pledge in Salesforce?

Good day!

May I ask what you mean by Click & Pledge's Virtual Terminal Plugin? We don't have any "plug-in" for Salesforce. If you are referring to the Virtual Terminal in the PaaS Application then it has recurring transaction option as shown below:

Please note that the recurring option appears if the total for the transaction is greater than 0.
