Donator Receiving Error

Hi,
I have someone who tried to make a donation from our website and got sent to this URL:
http://www.ecad1.org/donation_error.html?on=Xml Error

Is there a way to figure out what is causing them to get this error?

The ERROR message fully describes the error condition. I cannot lookup the transaction since the error condition is an XML Error meaning we could not parse the XML and therefore could not have saved it.

We can research the transaction and see if we can find its stage in the process. Please let me know the date, amount, and first name of the person and we can research it within your account.

Have you tested your form with special characters? Since you have designed the form I am not sure what kind of validation rules you are having.

Hi,
Yes that is the form.
All of our validation rules just check for empty fields.
I will see if I can contact the donator again to get more information. So far all I have is her first name, Susan and the date was Sunday 4/21/2013 around 9:45AM MST.
