Processing a gift from Sint Maarten

We received a donation card with a credit card number and address from Sint Maarten. It became a constituent Country of the Netherlands in 2010 (it used to be part of Netherlands Antilles before that) We tried running the card under both the Netherlands and Netherlands Antilles but it would not go through. Sint Maartin is not an option in the virtual terminal. How do I process this donation?

I reviewed the ISO standard tables and saw the country being listed.

The database will be replicated shortly with the new information. Please allow a couple of hours for this information to be replicated to all regions and databases.

for this transaction we were just using the virtual terminal on the clickandpledge portal. We do use salesforce for some recurring transactions.

I believe the country is now appearing in the admin and the pull down menu.
