No Transaction Result

    Good day!

    I reviewed the transaction and the first time the bank has declined it without a specific reason and the second time it has declined it as general decline message.

    The card has been declined by the bank twice.

    Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Good day!

    When a transaction does not have a result it means that the transaction has either timed out or aborted before receiving the final result. If you give me details of the transaction I can research it and get back to you. I will need:

    - Date
    - Card type used (Visa, etc.)
    - First name

    Please don't provide detailed contact information since this is a public forum. I just need enough information to uniquely find the transaction.

    We recently had a donor call in saying that her donation did not go through and when we checked in salesforce there are two transactions listed. For the first there is no transaction result, and the second is listed as declined.

    What would cause a transaction to not have a transaction result? And what can we do to prevent this in the future?
