Where did the "insert image" go in Products on the advanced checkout page?

  • Where did the "insert image" go in Products on the advanced checkout page?

    I looked at the video to see if I'd missed something - the last time I created products I put the image in, no problem. It should be under "customize" - but it's not there, between the two text boxes. I use a mac, and tried it in both chrome and safari. It just isn't there!!

    Good day!

    If you are using Product > Options then the image is added to the options and not the product. If you are only using products then the product image will show.

    Are you using Product > Options?

      This isn't so! Please check this out. a) The product has a box by it in the checkout page. Where do I put in the image if not in the PRODUCT page? b) There is no option for an image in the OPTIONS page. c) I followed the directions in Suzanne Higgs' video. She shows an image insertion point on the Product/customize page. It is not there now. d) It WAS there a couple of weeks ago when I made very much the same checkout page for another site.

        Good day!

        I have been wrong in the past and may very well be wrong now but I know that when a product has options the images are assigned to the options.

        Check below:

        The checkout page shows the images of the option and the default option will have its image shown when the page opens.

        If you wish to add images to the options simply go to Manage Products > Expand the options > and go to the option's Customize sub-tab.

          Apologies. You are right. I did it the last time by a frustrating hunting around to find a place to put an image, I now remember. This is such a good product, but there are so many places you have to look to find what you need to know, and some of them are out of date (including the home page of the forum) that it gets frustrating!!
