  • Testing perfect in Test mode, all transactions declined in active mode

    I have a FaaS form that worked great in test mode, so I was ready to go live. I changed to Active mode in C&P, changed the OrderMode input in my FaaS form to "Production", reset all the links on my website, and then ran a test transaction using the business card- and I only get declined! I tried my personal card- declined!

    Trying to get this donate page out today. HELP

    Is your page currently in live mode?

    What is the link so we can test the form. All declines in your account show a decline by the bank so I want to review the form and test it.

      When ready to go live- is there anything to do besides change the mode on the related Advanced Checkout Page to Active, and the input OrderMode=Production?

        Good day!

        I just donated $1 through the form and it worked fine. I also checked your site and all is OK and there is no extreme violation of common sense that I can see.

        In reviewing your account I realized that are blacklisted. Please do not do repeated tests in the production environment. Your presence was blacklisted and was forcing all transactions to be declined.

        Every transaction is monitored and if abnormal behavior is detected various aspects of your identity will be blocked. I removed your blacklisted entries and you should be fine now.

        PLEASE NOTE: In TEST mode we don't check for fraud behavior so if your persona has been blocked it will not be reflected in the response. In LIVE mode we will check your signature & if it is in the blacklist your transactions will be declined.
