Form declining every creditcards

I made a form long time ago and have been working fine... Until we noticed that our donors were not able to give anymore through online.
It is declining all the credit card transaction. This is not good and we need your assistance ASAP.

In Summary: When forms are used for manual processing the behavior will trigger the fraud services and transactions will be blocked. Please do not use public forms with enabled fraud option for manual processing of credit cards. The best method for processing manual transactions is through the virtual terminal in the administrative portal. If you wish to use your forms please disable fraud for the duration of your processing and then enable it before offering it to the public.
