Form issue with changing Donation/Premium

When users change the donation premium level from a higher level to a lower level, the higher level amount stays in the amount text box.
The text box seems to update correctly when I change from lower to higher.

Yes- this is by design since someone may want to pay more and get a lesser value premium.

When someone pays $100 the premium assigned to $100 will show up. The user has the option to select any premium as long as the value of the premium is less than or equal to the donation amount. If the person chooses a more expensive premium then the amount will go up to the minimum value assigned for that premium.

This is by design.
