I just tested it after removing all your restrictions from the API. The transaction went through without any problem.

I made the following 3 test transactions:

Without any restrictions (cleared all from your admin first): $0.45
With www.operationwalkpgh.org as the only restrictions: $0.44
With all your previous entries in addition to www.operationwalkpgh.org: $0.43

As I am sure you have already received the receipts all 3 transactions processed without any problems.

Please note that when in TEST mode we don't check the restrictions since we assume the developer is testing / developing using another site.

You had the following:

I changed the operationwalkpgh.org to: www.operationwalkpgh.org and it processed without any problems.
