    Good day!

    I just tested your page and realized you have not added it yet.

    I added secure.bluehost.com to the list of allowable URL's and it works. Please test it.

    If you wish to remove it please go to: Account Info > API Information > Allowed URL's

    Allowed URL is the list of URL's that can post to the faas.cloud.clickandpledge.com for your account. If you set it then only those URL's can post as referring URL.

    It is best that during the development you don't add any restrictions and only add it when all works. Please test it now.

    Thanks,

    So, from my read that means that when I redirect to my shared SSL page it's not on the whitelisted pages in the click and pledge backend? I'm using a wordpress plugin to redirect my unsecured bicyclecampaign.org entries to the shared SSL - should I request to whitelist https://secure.bluehost.com? It still doesn't work when I change the approved url to https:// or http://bicyclecampaign.org/?page_id=2354.

    Thanks for looking!

    Good day!

    I just did a test with your account and here is the response based on the URL:

    https://secure.bluehost.com/~midnigl...LECAMPAIGN.ORG

    If you review the err= field

    err=Error%20:%20URL%20restriction%20violation

    & simply remove the %20's and replace them with space

    err=Error URL restriction violation

    I am sure you can guess what the error is.

    You have set up a URL restriction in the Admin Portal in the API section. Your entry is:

    bicyclecampaign.org;midnightgardenride.com

    but the actual page you are hosting the form in is: https://secure.bluehost.com/~midnigl7/?page_id=2298

    the domain is none of the ones that you have set up as restriction. The domain you are using is secure.bluehost.com

    For test I added: secure.bluehost.com to the URL restrictions and the form processed without any issues. I removed it so you can add it if you want.

    Hope that helps.

    Good day!

    Please copy and paste the ERROR message as it appears in the URL so we can research the issue. The error message should be self explanatory.

    Looking forward to seeing the error message.

    Starting up, peristent FAAS error message

    Setting up forms as a service for the first time.
    Test page: https://secure.bluehost.com/~midnigl7/?page_id=2298

    Using the account info in the example file on my test page, I get to the success page without a problem.

    However, when I change to our account number (18409), WID (42069) and GUID from our account page, I continuously get sent to the error page.

    Not sure what I'm missing...
    Thanks in advance!

Working...
