403 Forbidden Error - Safari users

Whenever one of our donors uses the custom donation form page created for us by CnP on our website, they receive a 403 Forbidden error result, however the donation is still processed. The error message states "403 Forbidden" "Code:AccessDenied" "Message: AccessDenied"

This error is causing our donors to believe that their donation is unsuccessful, and attempt to donate several times, with all of their transactions going through. Our staff have been dealing with refunds this morning and our donors are not pleased with this process.

I have provided a screenshot of the error page that is received when completing the donation page. We have been able to consistently replicate this issue when making a donation on an iPhone or Apple device, using the Safari web browser, and are not receiving the error when donating through Android or Windows, or when using the Google Chrome browser. .
