HTTP Connector Error when processing FormAssembly page

Hello, we've recently encountered an error when attempting to use a Click and Pledge FaaS that is connected to our Salesforce and FormAssembly system, and we would like some help in resolving it.

When we submit a form through this link: http://tfaforms.com/forms/view/39929...9995388937580= , the form is processed through FormAssembly correctly, but Click and Pledge seems to send a 405 error code back, and so the form cannot be completed.

This first page of this form sends information both to Salesforce and Click and Pledge at the same time, and because of the error code, we are unable to make it to the second page of the form, which would generally be where payment information is entered for Click and Pledge.

The last time this form worked correctly was in March of 2020, and I believe when it was originally set up, it required some form of technical configuration from Click and Pledge in order to get it to work properly. I reached out to FormAssembly first and confirmed that the information is sending correctly on their end. It seems to be getting denied by the verification of FaaS from Click and Pledge.

While this may not what is causing the error you are seeing, FaaS forms should be hosted on a secure site.

Hello, that link was sent to me by automatically being generated in Salesforce from one of our users, who first came to me with the issue. I will look into our Salesforce configuration for why it is showing up as Not Secure. However, she (or I) may have copied the link that I sent wrong initially, as when I changed it from http:// to https:// ; the link is then secured.

Our payment forms cannot run on pages without a secure connection.

As far as the error, we would need to see the values you are sending to determine what is causing the problem. You could either email a Form Assembly link and login to [email protected], or you can attend Live Support and let us review the settings on the call.
