    I was not inferring they were caused by the upgrade, I just don't know what has caused them. And to clarify, activity/payment won't appear in a contact record until a temp contact is resolved. I just know that we did not have unresolved temp contacts from 2015...I'm just trying to figure out why this might have happened.

    We just reviewed your instance and noticed that those temp records already exist in your instance prior to the upgrade.

    It might be due to "Auto re-process C&P Data errors" enabled.

    Does "Auto re-process C&P Data errors" were enabled under C&P Settings >> Maintenance?

    Temporary contacts

    Suddenly we have 260 temporary contact, some dating back to 2015, which I know have not been unresolved since that time. Any idea why this might be happening?
