  • Custom form issues

    Our custom form has a monthly giving feature. For the links we've sent out recently to our constituents to update/renew their monthly giving information, the form has failed to complete the process after end user submission. What happens is that one of our givers attempts to complete a monthly giving membership with the form and, after the member submits the form, the page reloads back to the form and there are no errors and no records created in Salesforce or C&P. On our side, we are fairly confident that we haven't changed any config in Salesforce/C&P that could lead to this issue and have no tools/access to troubleshoot this issue - the form was developed by C&P and resides on a C&P server.
