Our account ID is 00Di0000000eL4T, access has been granted. Kamran offered to help us try setting up FA connection to C&P. We want to be able to have clients make a payment through a FormAssembly form. We will be collecting some information that we want to post to Salesforce, but we would like to make the payment through C&P. Please let me know if you need access to our FormAssembly account. However, you can directly create FA forms from Salesforce. It is OK if you create a test form with the minimum required information to process a payment. Thank you
