    hi I posted previously about testing a new form.

    here is our new form:

    I had the form in test mode while developing, but when I put it in production mode my credit card was declined every time, then I discovered I am banned on the back end due to fraud alert.

    also, while the page was working perfectly, now when I submit the form it does not redirect to my pages but goes to a blank grey screen. it works if I change the action to verify.faas.cloud.clickandpledge.com


    I need to clear my email so I can properly test and looking for answers if the grey screen we are seeing is also due to fraud prevention?

    We just reviewed and noticed that you have commented on the "OrdermMode" which is the reason you see the grey screen upon submitting the form. Please remove the comment and it will work.
