  • Need help to tell which Forms are Legacy

    Hi CnP.LiveSupport.AB ,

    This is in relation to the email that informed us that starting on March 1, 2019 onwards our old legacy forms will go away.

    While acknowledging our forms were created by our former staff, we began digging into your details around FaaS and WID and Post, but were unable to understand how to pinpoint which form is impacted. Looking through connect.clickandpledge platform we are unable to determine which forms in question are the older forms that will get impacted, and NEED your help to pinpoint those for us.

    Could you please verify if either of these two are impacted?

    Also, are you seeing any other older forms that we need to examine?

    The above forms you are referring to is Connect forms and they are NOT going to retire. The forms which are going to be retired is Legacy forms (Checkout pages) in the old portal.
