  • ERROR npo02.Households: execution of AfterUpdate

I am getting this error when I try to upsert records with Apex Loader - npo02.Households: execution of AfterUpdate. I also am getting an error mentioning the same field when I try to upload new contacts. It is a field created in the salesforce nonprofit starter pack. I did not have this issue prior to installing click and pledge. When I first uploaded click and pledge I remember there was an error when uploading the appilcation that also referred to households. I followed the recommendation to ignore and continue with instillation, but now am having these other issues. I saw in the forums a mention of this same error name related to importing donations and in that post, support suggested helping the user with an upgrade so data was not lost. . I am hoping this would work for our issue as well. Please let me know what I need to do.

    Thanks!

    Anne,

Please provide me with answers to the following questions:

    1) What version of the Click & Pledge application do you have installed?
    2) Do you have any data in the Transaction table? (have you had any donations or other transactions posted?)

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
    Regards,

Please login to Salesforce and go to Setup:

        - Left hand side click on Installed Packages

The Click & Pledge's package has a version number associated with it. Is it version 3.xx or 4.xx?

I haven't heard back from the support department yet in regard to scheduling a time to run through my settings. I also noticed that a donation that came through this weekend did not post to salesforce. Do you know what timeframe I should expect to receive followup?

                Thanks for your help.
