Salesforce not getting donations

Hi, I posted awhile ago about this, but haven't been able to get it resolved yet.

I was told in a prior thread that there's a fix for my issue, but no one has since responded to the thread with the specific response.

Can someone please provide the solution that was mentioned in that prior thread?
