Good day again!
I just did a test transaction and it worked fine. Here is the authorization:
Of course you can adjust RefID (Reference ID) if you want to or just remove the field all together.
The rest is OK and is working fine. Not sure what you were reporting as the problem.

Indeed, still not working for me. I have 2 real cards that I'm testing, and both are declined every time when using the page. When I use the C&P virtual terminal in salesforce, however, it goes through successfully. Thus it must not be a card/bank issue and something to do with the page?

My test was with a real credit card and as you saw the receipt the payment went through for $25. So your forms are OK.
Your cards are being declined because you have been testing through a single IP with the same email with a live card repeatedly. The system has blacklisted your IP and your Email since the pattern matches fraud.
It is best to move the page you are using (WID) to NO FRAUD while you are testing so the fraud system does not block you.
I removed your information from the blacklist database and you should be fine now. Please note that if you test multiple times you will be blacklisted while the page is set for active fraud.

In the FaaS form you have set a WID which is the ID for a checkout page you have designed and the FaaS processor will use as the template for receipt.
Edit the page used for WID and in one of the steps you will see "Fraud Protection" as a checkbox. The feature gives you the ability to disable fraud for a specific page. At times our clients use a checkout page to process credit cards for their patrons. We do NOT recommend this practice since the virtual terminal is better suited for this but our clients do what they like and not what we suggest .. so we have to make it easy for them to do what they want. In such uses we ask that they disable FRAUD for the page they process so their IP and Email does not get blocked.
