  • Donation Form Not Going Through; Eagle Eyes Wanted

Hey crew. I think I'm super close on getting this to work but need some help. I'm putting together a donation form for one of my client's (who in turn is a Click & Pledge client).

I set up the form based on my understanding of the FaaS document. The form is here: https://www.farmforward.com/donate-now I currently have it in "Test" mode, I believe, with the default 4111 testing credit card information pre-populated. When I use the Account ID, Account GUID and WID for the test forms (http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Form-as-a-Service.html) the form seems to work as anticipated. However, when I switch over to the info for my client's specific account, I'm directed to the error page. However, there's no error message given (there's no "err" attribute in the URL that says what's wrong like I get with the test forms so I'm clueless as to what the issue seems to be).

I got the Account ID from the Click and Pledge admin interface; the WID also came from the admin interface. I created a new checkout form and used the WID that was given. The Account GUID came from Click and Pledge support (my client emailed support and he passed it along to me once he received it). I don't see any Account GUID listed in the Click and Pledge backend.

So... help! What can I do to make this bad boy work?

** Reply was corrected once the second account was located.

    Good day!

Your form is setup for account # 14627. This organization closed this account a while back since it was an "in-house" account.

The organization's merchant account is account #: 16260. Once you login to this new account you will be able to see the Account GUID and the API information.

Please change the account information to reflect the correct account.

That seems to have done the trick! Thanks for the response.

        Great!

I like what you have done with the form. It is quite simple. In case you are interested there is a new feature that allows for indefinite recurring if N is set to 999. The receipt will behave differently for the 999 value of N.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

To clarify, if "LastPaymentDate" is set to "999" it will recur indefinitely? Or does "Installment" have to be set to "999"?

            For indefinite you set N = 999

You do not need to use the end date when N is specified.
