    Good day @[email protected]

NO, in order to map that Campaign, you will need to change the name of that Campaign by including any Prefix or Postfix so that it will list the Campaign name when you type the name of that Campaign.

Even if I type the exact Campaign name and ID, "Scholarship Fund (701d0000000VfAxAAK)", I still encounter the problem....(it would seem that the unique Salesforce ID should act as a postfix and pull up the record in the picklist).

The reason it is not listing that Campaign because there are so many Campaigns with the same name and as of now, we are listing only 20 Campaign in the picklist. In order to map that Campaign, you will need to give some prefix or postfix to that respective Campaign name.

Hope that helps. Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

  • Help: Custom SKU and Opportunity mapping, Campaign not recognized

In Salesforce, I’m attempting to create a custom mapping that assigns a Campaign ID based on the SKU passed by the FAAS giving page. However, as you can see, I cannot select the desired Campaign when attempting the mapping. I need to assign the SKU “S-2018” to the Campaign ID named “Scholarship Fund (701d0000000VfAxAAK)”. When I attempt this operation, either via the lookup box or by inputing all the text manually, I get the following error.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
