Error: URL restriction

Hey guys, I made a ticket about this last week but never got a response.

I've created a form over at: http://asyousow.org/donatetest

The response I get is:
Error%20:%20URL%20restriction%20violation&hashresp onse=ZGEzOWEzZWU1ZTZiNGJkMzI1NWJmZWY5NTYwMTg5MGFmZ Dg3OQ==&RefID=

I've checked the portal and the URL is there.

Can someone take a look and advise?

What do you mean by "I've checked the portal and the URL is there." Which URL are you referring to? Are you using Default page or Redirect Advance in thank you message?

Our URL is listed under Account Info >> Your Profile >> API Information >> Allowed URLs

Are you trying to say this wasn't necessary? If not, then we'll adjust.

"Redirect Advance"
I'm using the redirect settings outlined here:

Which you can see by looking at the source code in your browser on that page:

You can also attempt to run any kind of card, valid or not on that page, and see the error in the URL.

I have added few more URL patterns for the same site in the Allowed URLs section. Please test it now and let us know if you still see the issue.
