Mapped custom question data not pushing to Opps (Org ID: 00Do0000000IMdc)

Hiya -

We're having an issue with some donation form custom questions in Org: 00Do0000000IMdc

Our donation form tested data throughput successfully, we've mapped the fields, and we can see the results in the Transaction record (see attached images), but the data isn't getting propagated onto the resulting Opportunity.

Is there some step we're missing? Access has been granted.

We reviewed and found that you have NOT defined the question correctly. Instead of FieldName1..etc. you need to set with the exact question as shown in the below image:
