    Will it automatically send the thank you email confirmation/donation receipt that is set up through our C&P account?
    Is there a way we can have the action posted to social media, e.g. facebook, etc.?
    Can we include our newsletter subscription form/other options to sign up directly or do we have to link to it?

    Answers to your questions follow your email:

    Will it automatically send the thank you email confirmation/donation receipt that is set up through our C&P account?

    Reply: Yes: Our system sends an automatic email with each donation. All forms and touch points provide receipt in "real-time"

    Is there a way we can have the action posted to social media, e.g. facebook, etc.?

    Reply: Our system posts a message to Twitter in "real-time" if you have the option set up in the Account Info > 3rd Party > Twitter. Facebook is not currently supported in "real-time". The Twitter posts to your account since we verify the account and create the handshake through the admin. The API can not possibly handle that for donors since a real-time approval is needed before connecting to Facebook or Twitter. hope that makes sense.

    Can we include our newsletter subscription form/other options to sign up directly or do we have to link to it?

    Reply: we are integrated with Constant Contact & MailChimp. If you use any or both of these our system will automatically subscribe your patrons to the newsletter they select. You may add as many newsletter in the list as you want and your patrons can subscribe to them by checking a box. If you use the API then you simply post the nodes to us and we subscribe them natively.

      I have one more question: regarding the thank you page, is there a way we can pull in a form we have that inputs information directly into custom fields in Salesforce? I know the donation form will create a C&P transaction record but we are wondering if we can further customize the experience to gather a few other questions while we're at it.

        Good day!

        Custom questions may be posted with the transaction. The custom questions are added to a custom object inside Salesforce so you have full access to them.

        If you wish I can give you a demo so you see all the different ways the custom questions may be accessed.
