    Please note that the Connect Campaign settings doesn't apply to the FaaS forms. FaaS have its own API values through which you may pass the SKU's. Please refer to the manual: https://manual.clickandpledge.com/Form-Field-Names.html

    Sure, here's the URL: https://www.shatterproof.org/memorial/thomas-pittard. If you click, "Donate Now" at the bottom that's the form I'm referring to and the order number is 38406-1802141932133050705.

    It is not possible to use Connect Campaign with Faas?

    SKUs not mapping with FaaS

    Hi,

    My company is using FaaS and the SKUs are not mapping to Salesforce. On our campaign "Shatterproof Memorial Pages", I've set up SKUs for all donations. See below:



    But when the opportunities come into Salesforce, there is no SKU. See here:


    What could be the issue here? I've granted C&P 1-week access and my org ID is 00Df4000000lNSe. Let me know if you need anything else.
