We just started using the recurring donation option. I found in Connect where you can edit recurring transactions but it doesn't appear to let you change the interval or time remaining? How do I put an end date to the recurring transaction?

Good day Allison
Is this question related to the FaaS API forms? May I have the link to the form you are using. Given you have posted this question to the API channel I am assuming you are looking for the API nodes that set the recurring.
Here is the link: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/For...g_Transactions
by setting the node for interval and periodicity it will let you program your form accordingly.
Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.Regards,

Good day Allison
I am sorry but this is confusing. We are a bit slow on Monday..
The API form is a programming environment.. where is the form? This has nothing to do with updating transactions.
May I see the form you are referring to. The nodes are programming nodes and have nothing to do with transactions.Regards,

This is the donation form:
Healthy Teen Network, Teen, Healthy, Pregnancy, Prevention, NOAPPP, HTN, Young Families, Teen Pregnancy, Teen Parenting, NOAPPP, NOAPPP, National Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy, Parenting and Prevention, www.NOAPPP.org
The original issue is that there isn't a place on the form to indicate how long the term of the recurring gift will be. We have had a few people use it and I have attached a screenshot of the transaction detail which indicates the number of installments and remaining balance to be "indefinite" and they are not fields I can update. Do I just cancel the recurring transaction after 12 months have passed?
I can move this question to a different forum too since this is not really in line with the topic anymore.Comment

Good day Allison
No problem.. it is just that we were confused as the question and in what context it is.
Recurring transaction may be edited for the Contact Information as well as the credit card. The number of payments and interval cannot be changed as they are part of the recurring setting.
If you wish to change those settings the recurring needs to be cancelled and re-initiated using the card on file feature. The change / cancellation may be done in either Salesforce or Connect by Managing the Recurring.
Hope that helps.Regards,
