I had a donor call today and say that they are showing 2 transactions from us for $100 each. I'm only seeing one donation for $100 in Salesforce and Connect. Order # is 34046-1711282015443363130 Gateway tTransaction - 1188686506. Our C&P account number is 34046 and org id is 00D61000000JSwL and I've granted access to Salesforce if you need it.

That seems to be NOT true. I have reviewed your account and didn't see the double charge for the same card#. Please ask them to share the order number as each transaction have their unique order number.
