    Good day!

I moved this thread to the FaaS discussion group since it did not belong in the Salesforce Forum.

We just released a new FaaS update which has this request added. Here is an example:The new release requires a minimum set of information for authorization. Please note that with this release email is not required and as a result payments posted to Salesforce will post as individual contacts for each donation. We strongly recommend that you add email to the form and make it a requirement since it will add the transaction to the Contact if it is already in Salesforce as a Contact.

The release notes will be posted later but I wanted you to have an answer earlier than the release note.

Let us know if we can be of more help.

Yes- it will be posted here. We are working on it and it is close to being released. If not over the weekend it will be released on Monday.

a number of changes will be included in this release including the optional address fields.

    hope it helps.

Was this change updated? It would be noted here, right? -

    Good day!

The PaaS platform does not have the address as required fields but FaaS requires those fields.

We will have an update by Thursday that will make those fields NOT required so it matches the PaaS platform.

I believe that will help you with the issue you are experiencing.

started a topic Faas State for countries other than U.S.

Faas State for countries other than U.S.

    On the form-as-service help page,

    http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Form-as-a-Service.html

the sample pull-down menu for ShippingStateProvince shows only US States. What value are we required to pass for Faas parameter ShippingStateProvince for countries other than the U.S.? We've had problems with this, getting failed credit card charges. It seems it would be best to just ignore this parameter when the country isn't U.S.

Would this be possible if it doesn't already work this way?
