Custom Field Mapping

I wish to map the "Display Name As" on the form to a custom field on the Account record called Acknowledgment Name. I've attached an image of my current map for review.

We reviewed the C&P Data of above order number and didn't find the mapped question in the XML. Are you referring to the following question: "DisplayName"? If that is the case then in Custom Question mapping it should be "DisplayName" as question:

Thank you. This field is not a custom question for donations but for peer-to-peer which is why it wasn't working. This issue is resolved.
