  • Recurring Receipt GUID Question

    My Client - Adopt a Love Story (36364) is using the custom receipts within FAAS (https://www.adoptalovestory.com/donate/). We have been noticing with recurring donors that the custom receipt works on the first transaction, but the following transactions are getting the generic API receipt rather than the custom one.

    Is there something we need to change to make the custom receipt send every time?

    When you said "Custom Receipts", do you mean custom receipts in the Connect or Autoresponder?

    Would you please share the order number of the recurring transaction in the question as well as grant us login access to your Salesforce account?

      The receipt I was referring to is in connect. We are using the Receipt GUID option in our FAAS form to trigger the receipt.
