Good day!

Sorry we missed this- Your form appears to be designed by us and is hosted as part of our client services forms.

I reviewed your code and your WID is 69288

Please make sure that you do NOT delete that form as if deleted your site's form will no longer work. The WID refers to a reference page which the form uses.

I do not have a WID there that I know of. This form was designed by one of your designers/coders there at C&P.

Will that checkout page definitely be in our portal even if it's custom?

Custom forms reference a WID. If you look at your code you should have a node such as:

<input type="hidden" name="WID" id="WID" value="39588" />
as discussed in the manual: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/For...pt_Information

The WID refers to a reference checkout page in the Portal.

The Organization information for that page is what shows up in the receipt.

Please let me know if this answers your question.

Hi -- I would like to change the address on our receipt, like this customer. But I can't follow the same instructions since I have a custom form. Can you tell me how I can make that change?

Could someone please elaborate in step-by-step detail how to accomplish this? The earlier posts in this thread are years old and outdated. The auto-receipt notification contains our old address (we moved recently), and I'm a C&P portal novice. We have some template for information that's been in place for some time now but I don't know where or how to get to it, let alone modify yet. All I want to do is change some information on the auto-generated receipt. Could someone please point me in the right direction SOON?

Follow the steps as listed below:
1. Login to the administrative portal
2. Click on the EDIT (Pencil) for the checkout page used as the WID for the FaaS form.
3. Upload a PDF for the Coversheet
4. Click on the Next to go to the next page

Thank you for the clarification. How would we go about attaching a PDF?

Good day!

Customization is limited but definitely no LOGO or image can be added. Images increase the probability of the receipt getting caught as spam & as a result we don't allow images. Of course you can add a PDF document to be added as part of the receipt - organizations always use the PDF attachment (cover sheet) for personalizing the receipt with a letter.

To customize the text you can add it to the Address / Organizational information text box for the checkout page being referenced as WID in the FaaS code. The address / organizational information will be added to the receipt and a text in there will also show in the receipt.

Please note that a receipt is really a payment acknowledgement to be used for tax records and you don't want to add long text to force the page print in 2 or more pages. Just a word of caution!

Modifying receipt e-mail

Hello,

Is it possible to modify the receipt e-mail from a FaaS site? We enjoy the ease of payment processing that Click and Pledge has offered us, but we would like to give our donors a more personalized experience with their completed donation.
We're not looking to add any fancy formatting, maybe just a brief message at the beginning of the e-mail and our logo.
I would include a link to our donation form, but we haven't put the site live yet.
