  • Forms having seemingly incorrect SSL error

For adopt a love story, we received a number of these errors. However, the SSL is still active. We have another client http://everythirdsaturday.org that also received the same error. Is there an issue with our form design that could be causing this. It does appear to be only with yahoo email addresses, but that may be coincidence. Thanks!

    Dear Administrator:

This message is in reference to an error which was just generated from your website while posting a payment to the Click & Pledge FaaS processor.

    The referring site URL: http://adoptalovestory.com/

The listed site is not secure and is being rejected by the API processor. The API platform will NOT respond to insecure posts per PCI policies. Please make sure the payment forms are only accessible through a secure site with a validated SSL key.

Please make this change immediately as no payment will be processed through your existing configuration. This email will be sent to this address for every invalid post.

The following are a few of the posted information. For questions please contact Support@ClickandPledge.com

    Good day dstephens

This ONLY can happen if the site that is posting to us is not SSL.

It cannot possibly be the email address-- as correlation is not causation.

Is this happening as part of someone clicking on an email? Is there anyway the page can be accessed without SSL? I tested it but it automatically reverting to https://.

    We are reviewing it.

      Good day dstephens

Can you create a copy of this form and set it in TEST mode so we can test?
