Custom Question with Radio Buttons

I need to add a custom question as is shown below and have it pass the value into the receipt. I tried modeling it after the donation fields but that did not work. Can you please provide me with a working example of this?

Please let me know what type of checkout page you are adding this to. Radio option custom question is only available for the catalog pages.

Also- a radio option with text is not an available feature. What you may do is to come up with a 3 radio option custom question and then an additional custom field for the second radio option.

I am using this with FaaS. I hope this is possible, speaking with one of your Tech. Support guys the other day I got that impression.

Since you are using FaaS then it is a matter of programming the custom question. Custom questions are simply form fields that you pass to the processor. For example:

In the above example 2 custom questions are listed: Your Employer? & Your Occupation?

So you can make the custom questions in the form of a radio button using the same syntax. It is easy!

One thing that requires a JS is the radio button with a text field .. using JS you can make that happen but we can't help you with writing the JS.
