  • Not receiving email confirmation for credited transactions

    I credited two transactions yesterday 1701271811385784709 and 1702011949462686081. Neither our customer nor our nonprofit received a confirmation receipt Can you provide this?

    How do I set up an automatic response to a credited transaction both to the customer and to myself?

    Our OrgID number is 00DE0000000cM3H. Thank you!

    By default we are not sending any credited confirmation email to the donor nor to the organization. However, you may set the Credited Confirmation email while crediting the transaction in Salesforce as well as in Connect:
