  • Campaign Confusion

    I'm trying to work with the new customizable receipts in the C&P Connect platform. I noticed in Salesforce, there is the Salesforce Campaign,Transaction Campaign, and Connect Campaign. Unless I use the Connect Campaign in the SF Virtual Terminal the Custom Receipt won't fire.

    Are we able to use the new customizable receipts with the FAAS API Platform? When I made a transaction today through our FAAS form with the campaign affiliated and a text match to the existing campaign in Connect it came through with Campaign Blank and did not send the correct campaign.

    Currently the FaaS forms do not use the receipts that are set in Connect as those campaigns are not part of FaaS.

    An update to the FaaS API is currently under development to allow for this as well as direct referencing a designed receipt by referencing the Receipt GUID. The update is currently scheduled for release by November 25.
