    Jeff,

    You can go ahead and test with the info you have. We removed the Constant Contact login from that account so it won't fail anymore. The error was because the account was pointing to a Constant Contact account which had expired. Test it again- it should work.

    OK, I will give this a try but don't you have test accounts anymore? While I am working on this everytime I do a test a junk email is going to be sent to the person who monitors our account. Once we go live they will have to short through them determining which one was one of our test and which was a actual donation.

    Jeff,

    The new syntax for CheckOutPageID is WID. CheckOutPageID works also so it is backward compatible.

    The WID you are using is 28845 which is for our API account. That checkout page ID does not belong to your account. Please create a checkout page in your account and use its WID. The examples provided use sample values that are not necessarily valid- in this case there is no account with ConstantContact with UserID of john.fulcher.

    More explanation:

    WID is the reference to a checkout page made in the administrative portal. It is basically a shortcut for customization and by customizing the various attributes of the checkout page forms that use that WID can take advantage of the customization without any need to passing all those parameters.

    see this article: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/content.php?141-Customizing-FaaS-with-a-checkout-page

    In your case you are using WID for a demo account. the WID is using ConstantContact for its customization and the ConstantContact userID is not valid for the demo account.

    All you have to do is create a checkout page and replace the WID with your own page's WID.

    I don't have a field callede "WID" but I do have the following:

    <tr style="background-color:White;display:none">
    <td align=right>CheckOutPageID
    </td>
    <td>
    <input name="CheckOutPageID" type="text" maxlength="10" size="30" value="28845" />
    </td>
    </tr>

    Please send me the WID of the checkout page you are using so I can review its settings. This is the value set in the input field for WID:

    <input type="hidden" name="WID" id="WID" value="29130" />

    as shown in the manual:

    Unfortunately I can't send you a link because it is "localhost" you would have to be on my machine. If you want to set up a time to do a remote session give me a call at 425-235-6174. I did do a search on "John Fulcher" and didn't find it anywhere. If you get me your email address I can email you the source code. It is 48K which is greater than your 19k limit.

    Jeff,

    Would you please send us the link to your page. The error you are describing is coming from the API platform and John.Fulcher is one of our support engineers. I have to check your code to see what you are doing - perhaps you have portions of our samples mixed with your code. Based on what I see the problem is with the UserID & Password of the eNewsletter subscription, e.g. ConstantContact & MailChimp.

    are you using FaaS to post subscription to either of the 2 integrated eNewsletters?

    Please check your credit card information and try again, or contact Clear Path International at 206-780-5964 to make a credit card payment over the phone.
