We run our forms on SFDC Sites with Visualforce, so on some forms we already know the contact id. Is there any way to pass the SFDC Contact Id through FAAS so it will for sure map to the correct contact?

At this time this is not a feature. In our implementation we pass that in a specific node through the main API and handle it as an exception.
FaaS does not support this at this time. We will add this in the future.
